Engage Bootcamp at the Under Armour Store

Who says Bootcamp can’t be a blast? We’re taking over the two-story Under Armour store to host two simultaneous Engage Bootcamp classes led by expert Under Armour instructors. Break a sweat at Engage without having to step foot outside; the Sheraton Boston Hotel is directly connected to the Prudential Mall. You’ll walk—or limp—away with more than a sense of pride and serious bragging rights; all participants will receive limited-edition workout swag, thanks to our friends at Herefish.

Workout: HIIT it! (30 min, followed by 15 min optional yoga and stretch)

HIIT it! is a chal­leng­ing, low impact, high inten­sity work­out for your entire body that builds lean muscles and burns fat — all that while with­ being gentle on the joints. It is designed for all fit­ness levels. This 45-minute class will also include a mindful stretch and meditation. Get ready to sweat, work hard and have a blast!

Instructor: Shaumba-Yandje Dibinga

Shaumba-Yandje Dibinga is the Founding Artistic Director of OrigiNation Cultural Arts Center, where she uses dance as a tool to empower young people. She is the Founder and President of ShapeUp with Shaumba whose mission is to Stomp Out Obesity in children and families. She is an Inferno Hit Pilates Instructor at Bikram Yoga Works Boston and is the creator of Hot Body Fusion a workout that combines Dance and HIIT exercises to give you a total body fitness experience.
